Kelly has many years of experience in non-profit management and development and his expertise is invaluable to the Ixtatán Foundation.  Now Executive Director at Madison House, he was Development Director at the Charlottesville Habitat for Humanity and before that director of the AIDS/HIV Services Group.  Kelly and his wife Susan served with habitat for Humanity International in Guatemala, Peru and Mexico before coming to Charlottesville in 1991.
